When inquiries received at a customer center require check by service managers, such inquiries are delivered and requested for check. Managers check requests and deliver information to an operator, so that the information can be provided fast and precisely.

Support of Multiple Languages
Support four languages, such as Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese.
Deliver and request a service manager for check, when required; status of service reception is provided to a service manager by email. Deliver inquiries to specified categories and assign reference persons to minimize delays. For continued delays, provide notifications by phase so as to systematically manage the overall process.
When confirmation by a third person is required, response may be provided in between, or delivered by assignment. Check if information requires any guide or manual, so as to update knowledge management.
